 We endeavour to conclude all claims through amicable negotiations with our opponents rather than get embroiled in lengthy and expensive litigation. When faced with a marine claim, rather than deal with the local agent, we will communicate with the carrier's head office or direct with their insurers or P&I Club.

We arrange meetings with our opponents frequently to discuss claims face-to-face, which usually results in a more favourable settlement being reached and saves considerable amount of time otherwise spent in arguing various points in correspondence. Face-to-face meetings has also enable us over the years to establish a good working relationship with our opponents based on mutual respect for each other.
